Be First is an ambitious and forward thinking development company with an impressive track record of accelerating regeneration in the London borough of Barking and Dagenham. Our design and contractor partners play a key part in supporting our vision of making the borough a better place for people and communities to live and work. Our business plan sets out the ambition to continue this important programme of housing delivery, with a target of developing 3,500 new high quality and sustainable homes over the next four years.
The new frameworks will be used to procure design and contractor services to deliver these homes, with an estimated construction value of £1.1 billion and a design service value of around £35 million. These targets are indicative and subject to external economic, community and industry influence.
We are looking to procure a framework of ambitious and creative design and contractor partners to partner with Be First over the next four years to continue our new build programme.
