Who we are

Delivering high quality affordable homes is a key part of Be First’s agenda and in a number of cases this involves regenerating existing housing estates.  The Decant team are responsible for engaging with existing leaseholders and tenants to make residents aware of their options and address concerns to help facilitate the timely regeneration of estates.

We make it happen through:

  • Leaseholder buybacks and tenant decanting for estate renewal schemes working closely with the Council and Reside.
